§ 110.32 REVIEW HEARING; APPEALS.
   (A)   Any alarm user suffering revocation of their permit may appeal the decision of the Records Supervisor by filing a written request for a hearing, within 10 days after the decision of the Records Supervisor is announced, with the Board of Public Works and Safety. Once a hearing before the Board of Public Works is requested, written notice of the time and place of the hearing shall be served upon the alarm user requesting the hearing by the Board of Works.
   (B)   At the hearing before the Board of Public Works and Safety, the Records Supervisor and the alarm user shall have the right and opportunity to present written and oral evidence and appear with an attorney if desired.
   (C)   The Board of Works and Safety shall review the decision of the Records Supervisor, the record of the proceedings, and new information presented at the hearing and shall affirm, modify, or reverse the decision of the Records Supervisor Records Supervisor.
   (D)   Any person aggrieved by an order of the Board of Works and Safety shall have review thereof by instituting an appropriate proceeding in any of the Superior Courts or the Circuit Court of Lake County.
