(A) Application for the renewal of an alarm user’s permit shall be made every year prior to June l, and shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of $20 for each application on behalf of a use in a residential building and $75 for each application on behalf of a non-residential building.
(B) A $50 late charge will be charged in addition to the fees provided in § 110.20(B) and division (A) above to an alarm user who is delinquent after June 1 of every year.
