(A) Application for renewal of an alarm license shall be made each year between June l to May 31. A nonrefundable $250 late fee will be assessed after May 31 of each year. Applicants for renewal may continue to do business while the renewal process is being processed.
(B) A $50 late charge will be charged in addition to the fees provided above to an alarm user who is delinquent after June 1 of every year.
