§ 50.52 NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE.

Any person in control of any building within the requirements of this subchapter who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the requirements of this subchapter, shall be served, by the Chief of the Fire Department of the city, with a notice to comply with terms of this subchapter within 90 days from the date of the notice.
