§ 50.16 SULPHUR, AMMONIA CONTENTS.
   (A)   Any person engaged in carrying on or conducting the business of furnishing or supplying gas in the city shall furnish and supply gas, which shall be so far free from sulphuretted hydrogen that it shall not discolor test paper imbued with acetate of lead when the test paper is exposed to a column of gas issuing for 30 seconds under a pressure of 5/10 of an inch of water, and so that 100 cubic feet of gas shall not contain more than 20 grains of sulphur and so that 100 cubic feet of gas shall not contain more than 5 grains of ammonia.
   (B)   All tests to be made for the purpose of establishing the percentage of sulphur in illuminating gas furnished by any person furnishing gas in the city, shall be made or conducted with the Tutweiller Sulphuretted Hydrogen Apparatus, and the sulphur in other forms shall be determined by means of the Gas Referees Sulphur Determining Apparatus, and methods ordinarily employed in the use of the same.
