§ 51.145 STORMWATER CUSTOMER CHARGE.
   In addition to the foregoing charges, Hammond users of the Hammond Sanitary District Sewage Works shall pay the following stormwater customer charge:
   (A)   For residential and commercial users, $2 per billing period ($1 per month).
   (B)   For industrial users, $1 per billing period ($1 per month).
