(A) Whenever the Police Department, for an employment application, a bar application or other purposes (but not as part of a booking process), fingerprints an individual, an administrative fee of $10 for city residents and $15 for non-city residents shall be collected from the individual being fingerprinted.
(B) The Police Department shall forward this administrative fee to the City Controller, who shall deposit it into a non-reverting account.
