§ 30.32 PUBLIC MEETINGS SIMULTANEOUS WITH COMMITTEE MEETINGS.

Every public caucus or meeting of the Council shall be considered for all purposes to be simultaneous meetings of all the committees of the Common Council, and action on any matter referred to a committee may be taken by the members of the committee during such caucuses or meetings of the Common Council.
