§ 159.10 APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS.
   An application for certificates of appropriateness may be made in the office of the Department of Planning on forms provided by that office and shall be subject to the following requirements:
   (A)   The Historic Preservation Commission may adopt, as a part of its rules, filing requirements which it finds reasonable and necessary to expedite the business of the Commission. These rules may include, but are not limited to, filing deadlines and application requirements such as sketches, drawings, photographs, descriptions or other information showing the proposed exterior alterations, additions, changes or new construction which the Commission requires to make a decision.
   (B)   Applications are to be received by the fifteenth of the month in order to be presented at the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting of the following month.
