§ 159.08 RELATIONSHIP TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
   The historic landmark/district regulation provided in this chapter is intended to preserve and protect the historic or architecturally worthy buildings, structures, sites, monuments, streetscapes, squares and neighborhoods of the historic districts. Zoning districts lying within the boundaries of the historic landmark/district are subject to the regulations for both the zoning district and the historic landmark/district. If there is a conflict between the requirements of the historic district, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
