§ 157.092 APPEALS.
   (A)   Every decision of the Commission shall be subject to review by writ of certiorari.
   (B)   Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Commission may present to the circuit or superior court of Lake County, Indiana, a petition, duly verified, setting forth that the decision is illegal in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the illegality. The petition shall be presented to the court within 30 days after the entry of the Commission’s decision that is being challenged.
