§ 157.037 RECORDING.

Within 1 year of Plan Commission approval, the subdivider shall record the subdivision in the Recorder’s Office and so notify the staff. The subdivider shall also distribute copies of the subdivision plat to the Lake County Assessor, County Surveyor and the public utility companies.
