The drawing of the preliminary plat shall be in conformance with the following requirements:
(A) A properly drafted drawing of not less than 1 inch equal to 100 feet;
(B) Showing the name of the subdivision;
(C) North arrow and scale;
(D) Boundary line of proposed subdivision, all existing easements and property lines in exact dimensions;
(E) Location, width, and names of prior subdivided streets and lots and showing all previously recorded streets and lots in dotted lines;
(F) Layout and dimensions of the proposed lots and streets;
(G) Parcels to be dedicated for the public use;
(H) Existing topographic contours at vertical intervals of 2 feet or less, proposed contours with vertical elevations;
(I) The layout of streets, curbs and sidewalks in the area 300 feet distant from and parallel to the boundary of the proposed subdivision;
(J) A conceptual subdivision plan for adjacent property owned by the subdivider but not included as part of the proposed subdivision application at hand; and
(K) Preliminary plans for street, curb, sidewalk, sewer and water installation.
