(A) The width of blocks shall be sufficient to allow 2 tiers of lots, except where reverse frontage on a major thoroughfare is required.
(B) In the event of block length exceeding 1,000 feet, a crosswalk not less than 10 feet in width may be required near center and entirely across any block. The crosswalk shall be constructed according to standards as adopted by the Board and dedicated to the public use.
