§ 157.019 ELECTRICAL, COMMUNICATION AND CENTRAL ANTENNA TELEVISION UTILITIES.

(B) Underground installation is recommended but not required in commercial and industrial areas. However, if the commercial and industrial area abuts a residential area, underground installation shall be required to minimize negative visual effects, unless aerial installation is 100 feet or more from the affected residential area.
