(A) New alleys are prohibited in residential areas.
(B) Alleys are discouraged, but may be provided, in commercial and industrial areas if the access to the subdivision for delivery of public and private services will be impaired without an alley. Alleys will not be less than 20 feet in width. Dead end alleys, and alleys with sharp directional changes that impair traffic flow and public/private service vehicles are prohibited.
