§ 156.39 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

On complaint, the Chief Plumbing Inspector shall have the right to enter any business, residential building, industrial plant or factory for the purpose of investigating the sanitary condition of the building, plant, factory or residential building at any reasonable hour of the day.
