§ 156.38 ENGAGING IN PLUMBING BUSINESS WHILE IN OFFICE.
   It shall be unlawful for the Chief Plumbing Inspector and his or her assistants to engage in the business of master plumber or journeyman plumber in the city during his or her term of office as Chief Plumbing Inspector.
