§ 156.37 OATH; BOND.
   Before entering his or her duties, the Chief Plumbing Inspector shall be required to take and subscribe to an oath of office that he or she will faithfully perform the duties of the office; and he or she shall be required to file a surety bond in the sum of $5,000 payable to the city, conditioned upon faithful performance of his or her duties. This bond shall be filed in the office of the City Controller. The bond may be executed with any recognized and responsible surety company authorized to do business in the state as a surety thereon.
