§ 156.23 OPENINGS IN STREETS, SIDEWALKS, AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES.
   (A)   All openings made in streets, alleys, sidewalks or any other public place shall be protected at all hours by sufficient barriers on which signal lights or flares shall be placed and maintained after dark. Also it shall be the duty of the Master Plumber to notify the Police and Fire Department when any streets, alleys, sidewalks or any other public places are fully obstructed.
   (B)   The amount of deposit required for the repairs for each opening of any street, alley, sidewalk, parkway or any other public place shall be $100 payable to the City Controller.
