§ 156.10 LICENSE AND REGISTRATION REQUIRED; EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of plumbing construction improvements within the city without first obtaining a license from the state’s Plumbing Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 25-28.5-1-1 et seq., and without first registering with the Building Commissioner of the city in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   The registration requirements of this subchapter shall not apply to any person who is exempted pursuant to I.C. 25-28.5-1-1 et seq., from obtaining a state license.
