(A) Previously printed maps, drawings and other descriptive material are hereby made a part of this chapter and shall be identified by the following statement marked or stamped thereon: “Adopted by reference as part of the Development Plan Ordinance of the City of Hammond (Ord. 3473).”
(B) The maps, drawings and other descriptive material enumerated in the following list are hereby incorporated by reference and adopted as a part of this chapter, and shall be known as the development plan or parts thereof.
(1) Part l. Studies encompassing background, population, economy and existing land use.
(2) Part 2. Land use plan, housing study, thoroughfare plan and public utilities plan.
(3) Part 3. Community facilities plan, transportation study, central business district study and comprehensive development plan.
