At the time of hiring, the City Planner must have the following qualifications.
(A) Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;
(B) Have done undergraduate or graduate work in planning or related fields;
(C) Have at least 2 years of experience in working for planning firms or governmental organizations involved specifically with planning; and
(D) Be eligible for membership in the American Institute of Certified Planners.
