§ 154.45 RECORDS OF PERMITS ISSUED.
   (A)   The Building Commissioner shall maintain a current file in his or her office, which contains a list (by address) of the sites for which permits have been issued hereunder.
   (B)   These files shall be accessible for public examination at all reasonable times.
