§ 154.24 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   (A)   The Examining Board shall issue a license to applicants successfully passing an examination and/or upon fulfillment of the other requirements herein set forth. The Board shall waive examinations to any presently licensed heating contractors in the city.
   (B)   Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding a license shall be denied if:
      (1)   The application is for a contractor’s license and it appears that the individual is in violation of a stop- work order pursuant to state laws; or in engaging in unethical conduct, fraud or deceit in the performance of any function of this trade; or has obtained a license or any renewal thereof by fraud, falsehood or misrepresentation.
      (2)   The application is for a license for a corporation and a sole shareholder or corporate officer has engaged in conduct described in division (B)(1) above.
      (3)   The application is for a license for a firm or partnership and a partner has engaged in conduct described in division (B)(1) above.
