§ 154.22 TEMPORARY LICENSE OF OPERATION.
   (A)   Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, a heating contractor may use his or her license on behalf of more than 1 corporation, firm, or partnership without complying with limitations above, under the following conditions:
      (1)   One, but not more than 1 firm, corporation or partnership for which his or her license is used has experienced the death or physical disability of the heating contractor under whose license it has operated;
      (2)   He or she is in compliance with the terms of this chapter with regard to any and all other firms, corporations or partnerships operating under his or her license;
      (3)   He or she notifies the Controller’s office within 5 days of the occurrence of the qualifying event, pays all required fees; and
      (4)   Certifies that he or she will be responsible for all work going on by the corporation, firm or partnership.
   (B)   A temporary certificate of operation shall be valid from the date of issuance until the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Examiners.
