Upon termination of the services of the licensed heating contractor on behalf of a corporation, firm or partnership, the operations of the corporation, firm or partnership shall cease immediately, and it shall be unlawful to continue work in progress unless and until a licensed heating contractor is again associated with the corporation, firm, or partnership in the manner required by this chapter. In the event of the death or physical disability of a licensed heating contractor, a temporary certificate of operation may be applied for as herein delineated, allowing the corporation, firm or partnership to operate until the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Examiners.
