§ 154.18 LICENSING OF FIRM OR PARTNERSHIP.

Any firm or partnership shall be licensed in the name of such firm or partnership upon application, provided, such firm or partnership shall have a licensed heating contractor as a bona fide member or employee of such firm or partnership, who shall at all times be in actual charge of work done by such firm or partnership.
