(A) City- and state-owned parks are expressly exempted from the provisions of this chapter.
(B) This chapter shall not apply to dredging operations in state- or municipally-owned lakes or waterways, or dredging or widening operations immediately adjacent to the bed of any existing waterway. However, this chapter shall apply to privately-owned lakes or waterways, notwithstanding the fact that they may be under the jurisdiction of a state or municipal agency.
