§ 152.05 EXPOSED, UNPROTECTED EXCAVATION PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person as owner, tenant or occupier of any land within this city to permit, suffer or allow any excavation to remain exposed and unprotected on his or her property for a period longer than 90 days.
