§ 150.022 DENIAL OF APPLICATION FOR NEW OR RENEWAL LICENSE.
   The Building Contractors’ Board of Examiners, for the reasons stated in § 150.023 or ones of equal gravity, may deny an application for a new or a renewal of a building contractor’s license.
