(A) The city hereby specifically adopts by reference as fully as if set out at length herein, I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq., and all amendments thereto, in order to enforce the buildings standards of the city.
(B) The definition of
SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST as set forth in I.C. 36-7-9-2 is hereby incorporated by reference as fully as if set out at length herein.
(C) The city’s Code Enforcement Commissioner is responsible for administration of this chapter.
