§ 132.057 PRIMA-FACIE EVIDENCE OF STATUS.

It shall be prima-facie evidence that a person customarily and repeatedly offers himself or herself for the employment in place of employees involved in a labor dispute, if the person shall have two times before offered to take the place of employment of persons involved in labor disputes.
