§ 132.045 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RIOT. The same definition as is used in I.C. 35-45-1-1 and 35-45-1-2.
   RIOTOUS CONDUCT. Conduct which in any way intentionally aids, abets or assists any person who is engaged in rioting.
