§ 131.26 INJURING PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, injure, mark or deface any public building belonging to the city or any station house or engine house; or any tree, grass, shrub or walk in any square or public park; or any sewer, water pipe or hydrant.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to injure or tear up any pavement, crosswalk, sidewalk, drain or sewer without authority to do so; or to hinder or obstruct the making or repair of any pavement, sidewalk, crosswalk, sewer or drain which is or may be made under any ordinance of this city or by the Common Council or Street Commissioner, or the person employed by either the Council or Commissioner in making or repairing any public improvement or work ordered by the Common Council.
