For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DISTRIBUTE. To transfer possession of, whether with or without consideration.
MATTER. Any book, magazine, newspaper or other printed or written material; or any picture, drawing, photograph, motion picture or other pictorial representation; or any statue or other figure; or any recording, transcription or mechanical, chemical or electrical reproduction; or any other articles, equipment, machines or materials.
OBSCENE. All those works or matters which, taken as a whole, appeal to the prurient interest in sex, which portray sexual conduct, as defined below, in a patently offensive way, and which, taken as a whole, do not have serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value.
PLACE. Any building, erection, structure or place, or any separate part or portion thereof on the ground itself.
SEXUAL CONDUCT. Shall include but not be limited to fornication, cunnilingus, analingus, sodomy, fellatio, sadism, masochism, bestiality, excretory functions, masturbation, lesbianism, group sex, heterosexual acts, homosexual acts, physical contact with a person’s unclothed genitals or pubic area or exhibition of the genitals in such manner that attention is primarily focused or directed thereto.
