§ 128.09 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   Any violation of this chapter constitutes a public nuisance. The city or any other person may maintain an action in the name of the city to abate and perpetually enjoin such public nuisance, or to abate, or enjoin, or both, a practice or conduct in violation of this chapter.
