§ 34.336 BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
   (A)   The Port Authority shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 5 members to be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Common Council.
   (B)   Each Director shall have been a qualified elector of the city for at least 3 years next preceding his or her appointment.
   (C)   Directors shall serve 4-year terms, except that initially 2 Directors shall be appointed to 4-year terms, 1 Director shall be appointed to a 3-year term, 1 Director shall be appointed to a 2-year term, and 1 Director shall be appointed to a 1-year term.
   (D)   The Mayor shall designate the term in the initial appointment.
