§ 127.07 ESTABLISHMENT AND RENEWAL.
   (A)   All licenses or permits issued under this chapter shall expire on December 31 of each year.
   (B)   Each licensed individual shall renew his or her license or permit on an annual basis according to the application requirements and procedures set forth in this chapter.
