(A) The Chairperson of the Senior Citizens Commission shall be elected from, and by the Commission members for a term of 1 calendar year.
(B) The Commission shall have the power to establish bylaws and rules in conformity with the authority granted in this subchapter or by state law, including the authority to elect or appoint other officers as the Commission deems necessary.
(C) The Chairperson of the Commission or any officer appointed or elected by the Commission may be removed at any time by a majority of vote of the duly appointed members of the Commission.
