§ 126.46 WEIGHTS OF VEHICLES.

In no case shall any city weigher state in his or her certificate the weight of any vehicle which may have been weighed with any load until the city weigher shall have ascertained the weight of the vehicle by actually weighing the vehicle on the scales.
