§ 126.43 SCALES; ATTENDANCE AT SCALES.
   (A)   Each of the city weighers shall provide his or her own scales, which shall be of the most approved pattern in use, and shall locate them and keep them properly adjusted and repaired at his or her own expense.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the city weighers to have their scales adjusted and sealed by the Lake County Sealer of Weights and Measures at least once in every 3 months and more often if required.
   (C)   The city weighers shall, either in person or by a deputy weigher, be present at their individual scales during all reasonable hours each day, Sundays and public holidays excepted.
