§ 126.41 BOND REQUIRED.
   Every city weigher shall execute a bond to the city in the sum of $1,000 with sureties to be approved by the Mayor, conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her duties.

Statutory reference:
   This section has been modified by I.C. 5-4-1-18(c)(2) which requires a bond of at least $30,000.
