§ 126.40 APPOINTMENT; DUTIES.
   (A)   The Mayor shall from time to time appoint those persons to be city weighers that he or she may think proper, and he or she may remove them.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the city weighers to weigh any coal, hay or other article when so requested by the person bringing the article.
