The Lake County Sealer of Weights and Measures shall pay over to the County Treasurer each week all fees, charges, money, emoluments or valuable considerations of any kind whatsoever, collected or received by him or her, by reason of or on account of the performance by him or her of the duties of his or her office. Each payment shall be accompanied by a report in writing or directed to the City Controller and verified by affidavit of the Lake County Sealer. The report shall show in detail all fees, charges, moneys or valuable considerations of any kind paid to or collected or received by the Lake County Sealer during the week preceding the day of the report. The report shall be made weekly and shall accompany each weekly payment provided.
