It shall be the duty of the Lake County Sealer of Weights and Measures to make a register of all the weights, measures, scale beams, patent balances, steelyards or other instruments used for weighing inspected and sealed by him or her, in which he or she shall state the names of the owners of the instruments, and whether they are conformable to the standard of the state.
