No milk or cream shall be sold within the city in any bottle or glass jar of a size or capacity other than or different from the sizes and capacities herein prescribed.
   (B)   Each bottle or glass jar in which milk or cream is sold or offered for sale shall have blown into it in a legible and conspicuous manner the capacity thereof. The Lake County Sealer of Weights and Measures shall have the right at any time to examine any bottle or glass jar in which milk or cream is sold or offered for sale, or which is used by any person for the purpose of containing milk or cream to be sold or offered for sale, in order to ascertain whether the bottle or jar is of the capacity it purports to be.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale milk or cream in any bottle or jar or to have in his or her possession any bottle or jar to be used or which has been used for the purpose of containing milk or cream to be sold or offered for sale. Each and every bottle or jar found in the possession of any person used or to be used or which has been used by that person for the purpose of containing milk or cream to be sold or offered for sale in the city, which shall be found to be of a less capacity than that blown into the bottle or jar or to be of a different size than that authorized in and by the provisions of this chapter, shall constitute a separate and distinct offense on the part of the person.
