§ 126.01 OFFICIAL STANDARDS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety, at the expense of the city, shall procure correct and approved standards of weights and measures, of the standard adopted by the state, together with the proper beams and scales for the purpose of testing and proving the weights and measures of the standard used in the city.
