Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any provisions of §§ 94.25 et seq. shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed to have occurred and been committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
