§ 94.28 GASOLINE, OIL AND KEROSENE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person as the owner or driver of any vehicle, to suffer any oil, gasoline or kerosene to run or drip from the vehicle on the asphalt pavement of the town.
